燃油冷却泵:使冷却液在冷却环路中循环。当燃油温度达到70℃,发动机控制单元通过燃油冷却泵继电器将其接通。
在国内很多的乘用车上使用泵喷嘴,如:宝来TDI、途安TDI和奥迪TDI等。泵喷嘴技术相对于之前的技术(如柱塞泵),已经具有明显改进,而其的好处是增加了喷油压力,其涡轮增压泵喷嘴的喷射压力都能达到200MPa以上。A-V-L GK由于喷射压力直接影响柴油燃烧做功效率,因此,泵喷嘴的燃烧效率。
3.共轨技术
“CRDI”是英文Common Rail Direct Injection的缩写,意为共轨柴油直喷技术,CRDI技术和SDI(自然吸气直接喷射柴油发动机)技术、TDI(直喷式涡轮增压柴油发动机)技术。共轨系统由高压泵、喷油管、高压蓄压器(共轨)、喷油器、电控单元和传感器及执行器组成。
